{"id":192,"date":"2020-09-01T22:25:22","date_gmt":"2020-09-01T22:25:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/outklip.com\/help\/?post_type=knowledgebase&#038;p=192"},"modified":"2021-06-09T17:11:11","modified_gmt":"2021-06-09T17:11:11","slug":"record-camera-only","status":"publish","type":"knowledgebase","link":"https:\/\/outklip.com\/help\/article\/record-camera-only\/","title":{"rendered":"Record camera only"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You can create a video recording of the camera only with the <em>Camera only<\/em> recording mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Install the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/chrome.google.com\/webstore\/detail\/outklip-screen-recorder-f\/lbcabedlbpobhpongobnfkbfceedgdjk%22\" target=\"_blank\">Outklip Chrome extension&nbsp;<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/outklip.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\">log in<\/a>&nbsp;to create a camera recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Click the Outklip Chrome extension icon to open the\u00a0recording\u00a0dialog.<\/li><li>If you are recording for the first time, you will be asked to let Outklip use your microphone and camera. Click <strong>Allow<\/strong>.<\/li><li>On the dialog, select <strong>Camera only<\/strong>\u00a0and click\u00a0<strong>Record<\/strong>. After a countdown, recording will begin.<\/li><li>To stop recording, click the Outklip Chrome extension icon on the top right. <\/li><li>A new browser tab will open to a webpage where you can view the video. Edit title and description, copy video link and send the link to others.
